Are you ready to step in to more authentic and honest communication in your relationships and honor what is most important to you? The good news is that it is possible and you don’t have to do this alone! We’ll work together using the tools of Nonviolent Communication and Mindfulness to support you in your growth, empowerment and deepen your understanding and connection to Self. 

Possible areas to strengthen: 


  • Creating healthy boundaries

  • Meeting feelings of shame and strong emotions with curiosity, compassion and empathy 

  • Shift  harsh expectations, judgment and guilt  towards Self to generate more forgiving and loving language

  • How to give empathy to yourself and to others in times of need

  • Identifying your needs and honoring them as important 

  • Explore possible strategies and actions to honor your needs and make sure they are getting met.

  • Staying calm and less reactive in the face of judgment, criticism, blame, and emotionally charged situations 

  • Focus on what you want vs. what you don’t want

  • Showing up more honestly and authentically in your relationships without the fear of losing someone 

  • Cultivate forgiveness for people/things you are holding resentment towards

  • Letting go of the pressure of always needing to help or fix someone when you are listening to them

  • Making requests of others to increase joy in your life 


Together we’ll create a targeted plan to move through some of your gaps and patterns in communication. You’ll receive one on one guidance using  role play, weekly homework assignments, and empathy exercises to support your learning in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

Cancellation Policy 

Please call or e-mail to cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  All appointments missed or not cancelled within this time frame will be charged in full.
